About Todd
Todd leads the legal team overseeing global legal matters for the business unit. At Alexion, Todd served as Senior Vice President, Intellectual Property, where he was responsible for the company’s intellectual property, early pipeline, and contracting matters. Prior to Alexion, Todd worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he led teams supporting the company’s business development initiatives, its immunology programs, and its R&D efforts in India and China.
Todd started his legal career at the law firm Foley & Lardner in Washington, D.C. He holds a JD from the William & Mary School of Law, an MS in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University, and a BS in Zoology from Brigham Young University.
